AUCTION INFORMATION AND TERMS

 

 Excellent news!!! We are now able to offer Auctions on our website so you can view our listings all in one place. This new set up does come with some changes though so please make sure to read the below before engaging in Auctions listed on our website. 

 By engaging in an auction on our website you are confirming that you agree to the below information including our general Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have understood and accepted the information in full. The bidding terms/conditions and format may be changed at our discretion and it is your responsibility to check for any changes and your continued use of the site after those changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

BID INCREMENTS

We have tried to match our bid increments as close to Ebay's so that it is the same everyone is used to;

AUTOMATIC BIDDING OR SET BID

You have two ways in which you can bid;

SET BID: To place a bid of a set price, just enter in your desired amount in the main bid area and hit the button 'PLACE MY BID'. 

AUTOMATIC BIDDING: Just below will be a button saying 'Place Automatic Bid'. You can use this feature to add in a price that is the highest you are willing to bid on the Auction, it will then automatically bid for you in the required increments above anyone else who bids, up until your highest entered price is reached. To use this feature, click on the 'Place Automatic Bid' button, enter your desired amount into the field provided and then hit 'PLACE PROXY BID'. 

 

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

- Auctions will have a set end time, the highest bidder at the scheduled end time of the Auction will be the winner. The times for each Auction will be shown in the listing.   

- In order to bid on an item or see bidding information you must be within the product listing and will not be able to bid from the Collections page. 

- You must create an account on our website in order to bid on an Auction

- Winners are determined by the website system and not by us manually 

- Winner must make payment within 24 hours of winning the Auction otherwise the item is automatically forfeited.

- If winner does not make payment within the required 24 hours and item is forfeited, we reserve the right to resell that item in any manner we see fit at our own discretion whether it be for set price, re-auction, or offer to next in line for example. We may also choose to keep the item at our own discretion and not resell. This means that the second highest bidder will not necessarily be the automatic winner if the original winner forfeits the item. 

- Winner will receive an email announcing their success automatically at the end of Auction. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you do not receive. 

- Please remember that bidding on an Auction is a contractual obligation, we understand that bidding can be exciting, but please ensure that you double check the amount you have entered before submitting and that you are happy to pay that amount if you are to win. Those who do not follow through with payment after winning an auction, especially repeat offenders may be banned from bidding or purchasing in future and will be determined at our own discretion.
